Arrived to a dirty uncleaned villa and had baby with us . Called helpline managed to speak to staff in England and they did manage to get alternative accommodation for the night but took a while and we could not get into our villa until 12noon the next day. Villa poorly stocked with plastic goods for pool use and Swimming pool had not been cleaned . They then came to clean pool on our last day in the morning meaning we could not use it !!! Over all really dissatisfied and disappointed , but customer service was good. Not sure I would use Solmar villas again
