Plenty room and space for my large family. Kids enjoyed pool tables. We had a few things that needed repairs, host responded quickly and took care of them.

Very clean. Owner was super attentive and easy to communicate with

Our family went to Houston for our aunt 90th birthday. We love our stay at this rental home. It was absolutely well equipped and very clean. It was probably the cleanest home I had rented in the last 15 years from vrbo or Airbnb. It has a very well laid out floor plan that accommodated our group of elderly and young adults. Everyone has their own space. The place is absolutely spotless, and we were very happy being barefoot in the house without even worrying about our socks getting dirty. It has good equipment all throughout the house. Also we were a little nervous renting in Houston, but it turns out the neighborhood is quite safe and near the all the areas where we want to be. Thank you again for putting so much thoughts into making the place comfortable for your renters. We sure will rent again when we come back to Houston.

The photos are fairly accurate in depicting the house layout and amenities. The house was well cleaned and well stocked. The host was prompt in responding to our communication, thank you! We really appreciated amenities such as washer/dryer, iron + board. Room for improvement: 1. Pillows are inadequate for head support, very flat and limp. 2. Warn guests to cancel any previous thermostat programming. We suffered through intense heat for 2 nights because the thermostat had rogue programming (turned on for 85F at 2AM).
