We had a lovely time in Telluride and this house & location was perfect for our needs!

Lots of stairs. For children and elderly renters. Top main master suite is technically “5th” floor. That was difficult for my grandmother. Other than that. House is stunning. Beds are so comfortable. Rental company was great to work with. Wish we were able to ski and use the ski in ski out access but stroke didn’t allow that to happen. We enjoyed our views and the easy access to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is well stocked. There are a lot of steps, and at high altitude even the fittest of us (we are from the east coast) were puffing when we got to the top, which is the main living space. So if anyone in your group has trouble with lots of stairs, this might not be the best choice. Otherwise a very good stay!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at First Tracks. The unit was absolutely beautiful, and all the appliances are top end. It was fully stocked with everything you'd expect... and more. We couldn't find part of the blender and they had a brand new blender delivered to our unit within a few hours. The hot tub was great, and we had cozy robes in our bedrooms. I'm not sure which was better, the place or their service; but they were both great. We would happily rent from them again!!
