Good overall. Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Nice linens. Ice maker didn’t work. House needs a better outdoor shower with hot/cold water and privacy to alleviate getting so much sand in the house. The Folly Beach beach patrol are over bearing. Too much driving up and down then beach.

The house location was great with great beachfront ocean view. The property administrators were responsive and the check in process was great. The interior of the house is very dated with old furniture that needs reupholstering or replacement. The carpet in the bedrooms is old and dirty and needs replacement as well as the old and dirty chairs. No beach towels.
