We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space felt warm and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was peaceful and perfect for unwinding, while still being convenient to nearby attractions. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax!

Our second stay here in a month! The location is conveniently located to historic downtown and the newer parts of Franklin. This space is perfect!

Kim, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us after two long days on our feet on the asphalt. We couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Thank you! I realized after we got on the road this morning that I meant to write in your guest book and completely forgot. I’m thinking I need to book it for Pumpkinfest but I’ll have to see if I can cancel the other Vrbo property.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! A short drive into beautiful downtown Franklin and a leisurely drive into Nashville (we used side streets). A great retreat after a long day of walking, shopping, and exploring Broadway. You appreciate a warm and welcoming little space to come home to. Katie's was quick to respond to a simple little problem we had at check-in and felt certain she was just a text message away.
