The hot water heater was small, so multi people should stagger showers accordingly (not a deal breaker). The beds were super comfortable with a great view of the sky from the main room. I personally loved the 3 story setup. Kitchen had everything needed for a long stay. As a Texan, the no a/c was an adjustment, but it actually worked out pretty well due to cool evenings. Drives into town and the national park were not far at all. Overall great location for doing things and getting away from crowds.

Had one small issue with a battery but Jeremiah was soooo responsive!! The condo was in the perfect location minutes from Grand Lake.
