The location, so quiet. The room was far enough from the others to give you some personal space. The room was very well presented and clean.
Only a small thing, the ceiling fan is far from quiet, made a knocking noise all the time. Switched on the aircon instead so no big deal. Not having free to air tv was different, I am sure older visitors would struggle with uploading through their devices to watch anything.
