• As we had GermanRail tickets the convenience to the two rail stations was fantastic. • We were very much impressed with the apartment and its facilities both in variety, quality and cleanliness.

ACCESS: • Instructions and initial access to the apt. were a challenge and confusing, and caused some anxiety esp as we had driven some distance and were in need of the toilet. It took over 20-30 mins to gain access and only helped by German-speaking guests from an upstairs apt. and who tried to help decipher the instructions. • Eventual access was obtained when the upstairs guests were reminded that they had seen very small black keypads on the opposite side of the main door from the building’s various other multiple and more obvious keyboxes, and which unfortunately we had been trying to access. Clearer instructions about the small keypads would have been really useful and made entry easier and quicker. • Access would also have been less confusing if we had been told we were on the Ground floor, as when we got in the main front door we tried to open the upstairs apartment doors in error. PARKING • Better knowledge of specifically where to park would have been useful for non-German speakers; again the guests upstairs were extremely helpful in explaining that parking outside the apt. was free, and pointed exactly to where we might park with a fee or free. Their help enabled us to park outside the apt for free for 4-days thus saving us money but more importantly, was hugely more convenient for us. • We were unaware how the parking pass worked, and exactly where it worked. A little map would have been helpful.

Was erg centraal gelegen. Parkeervergunning was geregeld bij aankomst.

Sie liegt sehr zentral. Die Anleger am Rhein sind schnell erreichbar . Man kann gut parken, das ist soweit alles top!

Das Haus im dem die Wohnung liegt. Einige Sachen in der Wohnung sind auch schon etwas abgewohnt, Die Mülltonnen bei dem Wetter hinter dem einen Schlafzimmer, nicht so toll vom Geruch her!
