Huge apartment hotel for just one person. Location is great near to Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas. Easy to get Grab/Taxi to go anywhere. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of light through the windows and balcony doors. Communication with staff via Whatapps was easy.
Mailroom is a little hard to find at first (the direction of the toliets) although it wasn't a big deal for me. The place has seen good days but is still comfortable and cozy. The floorplan is a little odd.

video instruction, good communication and good negotiation with (extra pay) to allow add hours stay (check out) till 6pm, because my flight was at night (I need a place to keep my luggage before flight)
maybe the air-conditioning units need better maintenance servicing, e.g. the indoor aircond. outlet parts require through cleaning using water with compressed air to remove all dirt/dusts in the heat exchangers and filters.
The old remote controls maybe require replacement. Similarly the dust bin need replacement.
