Très bon emplacement
Gabriele était très gentil et serviable
Prix excessif, même avec une localisation en plein centre de Rome le prix n’est pas du tout justifié.. De plus, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais de chambres simples sans aucun service ni de vraie réception. Il manque une partie de la paroi de douche donc l’eau coule dans la salle de bain. Ça sentait très fort le moisi. Énormément de bruit la nuit à cause de la route en bas de l’immeuble. Dommage que cela ne soit pas mieux insonorisé.

The room was spacious and we had a common area to sit and relax with our friends. Close to everything! We walked to all places and took a golf tour! It was a wonderful experience!
They could have used some wine glasses in the rooms and bar soap. Other than that, all was great!

Clean, great location, convenient to everything.
One morning there was no water. Neither the sink nor the shower had any water come out when opening the taps. I contacted the host by what’s app, but got no response. When I returned home that evening the water was back and no further issues. Not sure if this is an intermittent issue, but some response from the host would have been appreciated.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero strategica per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Ottima anche la disponibilità dello staff: Sinem, la ragazza che si occupa della struttura, è stata accogliente e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Le ho scritto per un dubbio sul funzionamento del calorifero e, nel giro di 15 minuti, è arrivato il collega Davide, che con grande gentilezza ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni necessarie.
Migliorerei la silenziosità: le finestre affacciano su una strada piuttosto trafficata e, purtroppo, a qualsiasi ora si percepisce il rumore dei veicoli e qualche voce.
Inoltre, le salviette non sono mai state sostituite durante i tre giorni di soggiorno; avrei apprezzato che questo servizio fosse incluso oppure avrei volentieri pagato per averlo.
Va infine considerato che si tratta di un appartamento suddiviso in camere, senza la presenza costante di personale in struttura.
La struttura si trova al quarto piano (ascensore presente ma datato).
