Cosy central place Paris

The apartment is located in a charming and lovely neighborhood, with a great atmosphere and everything you could need within walking distance. The check-in was very easy and straightforward, with clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment itself was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Everything has clearly been thought of to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The shower was particularly enjoyable and was definitely one of our favorite features of the apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient and also made it really enjoyable to explore the area on foot. There are also several Metro stations very close to the apartment, making it extremely easy to get around Paris and reach all the main attractions quickly. We particularly enjoyed the neighborhood itself. There are plenty of cafés nearby where you can have breakfast or enjoy a coffee, as well as several restaurants and great bars within a short walk. There is even a lovely traditional artisanal cheese shop just two minutes from the apartment, which was a wonderful discovery and added to the authentic Parisian experience. Despite being so conveniently located, the apartment was remarkably quiet, which made it a very relaxing place to come back to after a busy day exploring Paris.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and pleasant area, while still being within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, shops and some of the most popular areas of Paris. One of the things we particularly enjoyed was the atmosphere of the neighborhood itself. The typically Parisian cafés and terraces along the streets added an enormous amount of charm to our stay and really gave us the feeling of experiencing Paris like locals rather than simply staying in a tourist area. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and extremely well equipped. The large windows allow plenty of natural daylight into the living space and give the apartment a wonderful French atmosphere. Everything we needed was available, making the stay easy and relaxing. The air conditioning was also a very pleasant surprise and particularly appreciated during the hot weather. It made a real difference to our comfort, especially after spending the day exploring Paris. Another great advantage, which is quite rare in Paris, is the elevator. It is surprisingly large and very fast, which makes arriving and leaving with luggage extremely convenient. This is a real bonus compared with many Parisian buildings where elevators can be very small and slow. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout the stay. They were friendly, attentive and responsive, and were always available to answer our questions or help whenever needed. We really appreciated the quality of the service and the attention to detail

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, located in one of the best areas of Paris, right on the edge of the Marais. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is modern, recently renovated, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It was the perfect place for my wife, our 9-month-old daughter and me, and we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The location is truly outstanding. We were able to walk almost everywhere, with an incredible choice of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, unique shops and boutiques right around the corner. The apartment is also very close to the beautiful Seine river, which is a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee and a pastry and simply take in the atmosphere of Paris. There are also two metro stations within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the rest of the city. One of the things we particularly loved was having so many local amenities right outside the door. There is a pharmacy directly opposite, cafés and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within a very short walk. There is also an open-air market just two minutes from the apartment, which was a fantastic discovery. It offered a wonderful selection of high-quality local products, fresh food and regional specialties, and you could even eat there, making it a great place to experience a more authentic side of Paris. Even more memorable was the wonderful artisanal cheese shop just down the street. The quality and selection were extraordinary and it was an absolute treat for anyone who loves French cheese! Despite being surrounded by so many things to do, the apartment itself was surprisingly peaceful at night, which was very important for us, especially while travelling with our baby. After a long day exploring Paris, it was the perfect little oasis to come back to and relax. The apartment itself is bright, fresh and beautifully presented, with plenty of natural light in the living room.

The check-in process was another highlight. It was very simple and flexible, and the host provided a clear and helpful video explaining exactly how to access the apartment, which made our arrival completely stress-free, even with a baby and luggage

The location is truly exceptional, especially for anyone who wants to experience Paris while still being in a very pleasant and authentic neighborhood. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which meant that we used public transportation much less than we had originally expected. It was lovely to be able to simply walk around and discover different parts of the city from the apartment. The atmosphere in the neighborhood is also a real highlight. It feels safe, calm and very pleasant, while still having that wonderful Parisian atmosphere that makes you want to spend time outside. There are several traditional Parisian cafés nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the prices. They are great places to have a coffee, breakfast or a simple meal without paying the very high prices you sometimes find in central Paris. The street itself has a lovely local feel, with small shops and places that make the neighborhood feel genuinely Parisian rather than purely tourist-oriented. the exceptional cheese shop located right on the street. It is exactly the kind of traditional French fromagerie you hope to find when visiting Paris, with an incredible selection and a very authentic atmosphere. It was a real pleasure to stop there and discover some excellent French cheeses. This kind of small local address really adds something special to the experience. The apartment itself was comfortable, practical and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Having a kitchen was particularly convenient, as was having a washing machine. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a large elevator, which makes arriving with luggage much easier and more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was a very pleasant place to come back to after a long day exploring Paris.

The internet connection was also very fast and reliable, which was important for us. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and sugar provided for the Nespresso machine. It is a small detail, but having a quick coffee ready in the morning before heading out to explore the city is always a very nice touch
