LOVE LOVE LOVE this townhouse! The rooftop room is perfect for the rainy times of the day for games and movies all together. Mom,Dad, 2 adult kids and the kid in law. I took the keurig pot up there and had my coffee on the roof every morning,, PERFECT!! Plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure in all 4 bathrooms. Kayaks, floaties, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, wagon to haul in, bicycles. Everything you can think of that you will need is here. Bring your suitcase and food and you're set. Washer and dryer easy to use, bring Tide pods. More pots/pans than you will need, blender breaks up ice for frozen strawberry daiquiris, no way you will ever run out of plates/glasses/cups. There were even some dishwasher tabs and trash bags there. The elevator, perfect for unloading when you get there and loading up when you leave. Back in the garage, load all bags and groceries in the elevator and up you go! The view at night from the roof in just sooooo awesome. The grill up on the roof easy to use for the burger day, it's great. The pool there,, loved it because it was not crowded. I floated one day all alone, peaceful. This is our second stay here and 100% will be back. I told the owner when I win the lottery I'm buying it!!

There was nothing, absolutely nothing, that you will not like about this townhouse it's just that good!!

This is the best rental house I have ever stayed in. It has great location on the dock, minutes to the Clearwater beach. The house is super luxury and it really is a vacation house that we just relaxed and enjoyed. The top floor has amazing view as well. We decided to do a BBQ one night!

Nothing that we dont like. Wish we could stay longer.

Comfortable beds, TV in every bedroom, great water pressure in showers, water toys including adult floaties, full bathroom on garage level, and of course Location Location Location. During our stay 2 full days of thunderstorms, the rooftop cabana was dining,games and movie central. Family trip with our adult children and significant other. This property will make serious conversations about purchasing in the area. It’s that great.

We did a staycation for Easter and it was PERFECT! Beautiful home and the view of the intercostal from the top deck is even better! Elevator is key when getting to the top floor down to the pool. House had everything you need; just bring food and drinks and you're all set! The location is perfect and not in a loud or in a busy area; just a short walk to all the shops and of course the beach. Everyone in the other condos and by the pool were friendly! Definitely a must stay!
