The simplicity of the suite. Extremely clean and plenty of towels.
It had an excellent equipped kitchen, including a washer and separate dryer.
Huge decked area outside
Judy is a very helpful lady
The house is a quick uber ride to downtown Nashville
There are some lovely eateries with i a minute walk
Nothing not to like!

Location was great far enough out of the hectic and busy areas of Nashville and in a very quite area with plenty of restaurants around the area. Apartment is very clean and spacious ideal for a family. Great communication from the owners and kept us updated with any changes.
Taxi to Broadway is around $13/16 depending on the Uber
Nothing

The facilities were great, with simple snack type foods left for us. The location was far enough from downtown to avoid the crowds while being within easy driving distance of major attractions. We used the concierge taxi service to a downtown venue to avoid parking problems at night. The whole experience was wonderful.
We used the fold out couch/bed. The bed was okay, but it was set up as a bed, as requested. It would have been nice to be able to covert back to a couch for watching tv.

Nice location and place
Cleanliness wasn’t there. Ant issue in the kitchen…
