Very quiet for such a busy location and construction occurring across the road.

I found the lighting in the room either too bright or too dull. Until I found the dimmer switch!

From the moment I arrived, Gary (with one R) was very accommodating & friendly with a lot of banter between us regarding how we spell our first name. The young, pretty girl working in the afternoons & evenings was also lovely & friendly. I asked her name twice but still can't remember it as I have a problem remembering people's names since I was young but she was certainly a lovely girl & very professional & polite at her job. The room was very clean & quiet. The balcony was lovely to sit on particularly of a morning while eating my cornflakes for brekky. I loved the the fact that their was a washing machine with dryer to wash my clothes. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit too soft for my liking though but not horrible & I still slept well. There is also a full sized fridge with freezer rather than just a small bar fridge. Sitting on the balcony this morning was lovely with the cool breezes blowing. I really like the Durham Serviced Appartments & enjoyed my 3 night stay there. Adelaide & its people are lovely too. Each afternoon I would go to Gelissimo, I think it is called & have a ham & cheese toastie. Yum!

Just the pillows were a little soft for me as I need a little more support but certainly not a deal breaker.

Very noisy all night lovely wake up at 4 in morning hearing the bottles and rubbish being done woke up all of us.

Noise and it has a main switch in lounge that if off you have only a lamp in room can't even have a light for the bathroom.
