Shower was very weak

Great location, very clean and well kept. Host was lovely and responsive. Had everything you could need and well stocked!

The WiFi was intermittent and not very strong and the shower doesn’t have a full glass so water often goes outside into the bathroom/toilet area

The apartment is in a great location, only a 10‑minute walk from the Old City. There’s an elevator, the area feels safe, and it is quiet at night, which is a big plus. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, well equipped, and very clean. We also really appreciated the bottles of water, juice, and sweets waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch.

For us, the mattress was quite soft, and although the apartment is nicely designed, it is inside a building that is a bit run‑down, even though it feels safe. We knew in advance that there was no balcony, but we still missed having one. One morning there was no water at all, though this was of course not the owner’s fault.

* Wi-Fi was either not working or extremely slow (less than 1 Mb). This was a major negative, particularly because there is no antenna, so the TV is effectively unusable without Wi-Fi. More importantly, there seemed to be no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. We were essentially told that it was what it was, which was disappointing — some effort to troubleshoot or provide an alternative would have been appreciated. * The water system was a constant inconvenience. You couldn’t reliably use the toilet, shower and sink at the same time, and we were often struggling to get the water working. After flushing the toilet, you sometimes had to wait around 10 minutes before the water could be used elsewhere in the flat. The hot water also had to be manually turned on and then took around 5–10 minutes to warm up, depending on the temperature. This meant that something as simple as getting up and having a shower wasn’t possible immediately. This isn’t a city-wide issue; it appears to be specific to the building or this particular flat, but either way it was very frustrating and caused delays. * Bed was very soft and uncomfortable; when sharing, you tend to roll towards each other. * No blackout curtains in the bedroom. * Air conditioning doesn’t work as well in the bedroom as in the living room. * The apartment building is on a hill, so it can get quite hot and it’s a tough climb back from the Old Town, although the area itself is nice. * Prefer a proper duvet rather than a sheet. * No additional bedding provided in the flat.
