Convince and the price

The toilet wasn’t clean good this the second time I’ve stayed there and there was things on the toilet inside and back of the toilet . Hair that wasn’t mine in the shower and randomly on floor everywhere .

The property was clean and well maintained.

I liked the location, and the comfort. I enjoyed the hot tea, and they were different options of snacks. There were plenty of stores and restaurants and stores in the area.

My room was very cold I could not control the air conditioner. We were told that we have to move to a different room.

Location is perfect, as it is close to our office location and convenient short distance to Mayo clinic (main purpose of this trip). The room had a full kitchen, but no coffee machine. This time we booked the separate bedroom, to have more space.

Room had no coffee machine, only 2 towels for 2 night stay - maid forgot to fill the shower gel, the bath rug and wash cloths, so we needed to go downstairs to get that. Nobody answered when calling to front desk about that. This room was noisy... heard several rooms around us, as if they were inside our room. (didn't experience that with previous stay, maybe less noisy neighbors) Overall - this room made us rethink to come back here. it was annoying that bedside lamps were unplugged. I missed a desk. needed to work at kitchen island sitting on uncomfortable barstools. In the shower, the bottles were placed on a slanted glass shelf, and all fell to floor while showering in the smaller enclosure. these bottles are made to be hung on wall. With no coffee machine in room, also the complimentary Coffee machine in Lobby didn't work. I need my coffee.
