ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy

Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of the way to make sure our needs were met and we were all taken care of, particular mention is Jessie, the manager and Gina as well as Kajal. We had an issue with a missing item and Jessie went out of the way to check the cameras and report back to us with an accurate timeline of events, which helped us to narrow things down and retrieve the missing bag. He didn’t have to do this and we are over the moon with the service received! Even received a voucher for the restaurant at the hotel at the end, I cannot sing the praises of this hotel more and will definitely be staying here again when I am next in the city! Thank you all

Nothing :)

Everything was very clean, and the hotel was right across from the concert venue, so it had a great location.

There was nothing specifically that I didn't like, although the lemur wallpaper was kind of creepy to be honest.

The breakfast was nice - enough options. The location was perfect as we attended an event at the Ahoy centre so couldn't have asked for a better location.

Can't think of anything.

Only clean and hygienic

We paying this price, there is no complimentary , breakfast and parking facility also
