- There is no free parking space for this unit. There are a few parking lots in the village that offer paid parking for up to 12 hours. We will send you a detailed map for these lots in our check-in instructions!

- Living area - includes a dining table, two desks, and a full-size sleeper sofa

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (15 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

- Access to the unit requires climbing two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

- On especially hot days, the loft can get rather warm and the heat from the building rises to this top unit. The windows do not open but the A/C does a great job of cooling the place down.

Other Things to Note:

- Please note that this loft does not include a designated parking space. Capitola Village offers convenient paid parking options, and we’ll provide you with a helpful map prior to check-in to make finding a spot easy.

- Located right in the vibrant heart of Capitola Village, this loft lets you soak up the lively atmosphere. Some traffic sounds may be heard during the day and occasionally at night, adding to the energy of this central location.

- Access to the unit requires climbing two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

- NEW for 2024: A split-unit A/C was installed in April, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round!

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason

- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

**Booking Requirements**



To help ensure a safe and secure experience for our guests and homeowners, the primary guest is required to complete identity verification and sign O'Neal Vacation Rentals' Vacation Rental Agreement after booking confirmation. Instructions will be provided shortly after your reservation is confirmed.



Guests wishing to review the Vacation Rental Agreement before booking may find it on the O'Neal Vacation Rentals website under the "Vacation Rental Agreements" section.



By booking, you acknowledge and agree to complete all required pre-arrival documentation. Failure to complete required documentation may affect your ability to access the property and may result in cancellation of the reservation where permitted by the booking platform and applicable policies.
