I read a review that stated this home had no AC and that is definitely not true. The AC worked really well. Everything was clean and cozy. The kids enjoyed all the games and the fire pit. We will definitely plan another trip to stay at this cabin again.

Always check the water is on before unpacking your car in rentals. We just learned that tidbit. Unbeknownst to manager Brody, the water was out in the cabin. We had just brought all of our stuff in. All of it. Food already put away etc.I called Brody, and he said the guy had just told him about the situation.Immediately, Brody offered us a bigger cabin that he also manages right down the road. So we load back up and go there. It was perfect and we had a wonderful experience. Thank you, Brody. 5However, we had already looked inside all around, and we loved that cabin. Perfect size and amenities as well, beautiful views. We would love to rent it again, maybe this fall.So the cabin is great; the water was just not working. We wholeheartedly recommend Brody and his property management company. Owned and operated locally; that is extremely important just in case there's any issue like this.Brody is professional, easy to communicate with, and the cabin he put us in was gorgeous! (It's on Rabbit Ridge; if you're a big group it's perfect!)

We loved the cabin and hope to come back next year!

Great place for a visit to our favorite town! Private location, comfortable accommodations, and we had a great time playing games.
