Very clean, well kept property. Host is friendly and helpful. Very close to the park. Highly recommend.

The unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family's stay for 2 nights. The owner responded promptly to every text I sent her. Check in was a breeze and we were even able to check in a bit early which was great. It was a very short drive ( like 5 minutes) to Holiday World - although it is probably walking distance it would be a long walk along a busy road and not something you'd want to do in the heat. You cannot see the park or the drone show/ fireworks from this rental. The neighborhood is right behind the Santa's Lodge hotel, and although more expensive, it was a much better option. It was nice to be able to cook because there aren't many dining options close by and they close early we found, especially if you stay at Holiday World late -- even the really closest pizza place closed at 8 which was after we got back from the park. So definitely bring something to make for evenings if you don't eat at the park. There is a lovely little patio with grill on the side of the unit which we would have loved to use if it hadn't happened to be the hottest few days of this summer!!! Everything you could possibly need or want was provided by the owners as well as comfortable beds, smart tvs, cool a.c. and having two bathrooms and full kitchen was wonderful. We were a party of 5 -- that was perfect. I do think 11 in the unit would be stretching it a bit but maybe if they were little kids. Two smaller families of 3 or 4 could fit nicely. It was spacious and comfortable.

Nice reasonable house close to Holiday world. We went two days there and then used the house to visit other nearby locations on other days like Marango Cave, French Lick and other locations.

Cute little house! Perfect for Holiday world travelers. We experienced a little piece of Santa Claus.
