We absolutely loved this house!! It was a great size! The pool was great to have! Everything was very clean and well kept up! The location was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and the grocery store. Nice neighborhood! Tons of games and pool stuff and even everything we needed to go to the beach! I would stay here for my first choice again hands down! Communicating and getting in was a breeze. We all loved this house!

Exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and we liked the location. We appreciated the host letting us check in a little early upon arrival to the island. The only issue we had was with the pool. The pool area gets very little sun (January) until late in the day. Since the pool heater was turned off at night, the pool was rarely warm enough to use. Every other house we’ve stayed at (Marco, Sarasota, Anna Maria) the same time of year kept the pool warm enough to use. We were very disappointed, since this house was considerably more expensive. Would recommend if you’re not intending to use the pool.

This was just a total relaxing stay for myself and my wife. The weather was perfect. We took bike rides everyday and even to Mackle Park which was close. Nothing could have been better. So relaxing.......................Thank you. We'll be back !
