Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 301 in Sterling Shores was absolutely wonderful. The management team took great care of us. When I told them about the shower issue in the main bathroom they fixed it right away! Then there was the issue with the AC in the front end of the unit and agin they worked hard to get it right eventually replacing the entire AC unit! We will for sure be looking into this unit in the future.

Easy access to a private beach; ample parking; clean unit with all the amenities you need for a week; close to all shops and attractions; excellent communication from host; beautiful unit

Condo was clean and spacious. It had a great view with close access to the beach. The location is conveniently in walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed the Back Porch restaurant and the Candy Shop. We used both of the pools and the gym. We enjoyed our stay and hope thus condo is available next time we want to vacation in Destin.

The place was very close to the beach, had private area for Sterling shore guests which was a plus!
