Everything was great, would stay again for sure

These place was a perfect location, safe and nice! Only issue is the code we were sent didn’t work and we had to call someone to use a spare key to get in. But it was fixed easily. A few extra towels and washcloths would be nice for a rental. It was a cute place and we would stay again!

I really liked this place. The only negative was that you could not be bare footed in the unit unless you wanted a black bottom on your feet. Just walking from the bathroom to the bedroom, I got something on the bottom of my feet that left them black. I could not see anything on the floor, but the result was black feet. It is sad, as I would gladly stay again as a solo traveler, but my wife absolutely will not stay there. It is the unknown that gets her. I'd just wear house shoes.

It took us a while to find the exact location. Do not feel our cars were safe, parked out in the area. You really should’ve warned us that there’s no elevator and how high the stairs were for us to get to the top. We had to take luggage in and we are in our 60s so it was very difficult. We saw roaches in the bathroom. And I woke up from sleeping in the king size bed with what I believe or spider bites. I had a total about six. and they drove me crazy itching for the first couple days on the cruise. And it was not clear what we were supposed to do with the trash. He said to take it out, but not where to throw it away? I’m certain you’re not expecting us to haul it in our car somewhere. We’re leaving on a cruise that morning. and finally every time I called the phone number to try to speak with someone because we were confused about some things no one ever answered.
