Unwind with a sleeper sofa and 55" flat-screen TV. The master bedroom welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, TV, desk, and private tiled bathroom. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, desk, and TV. A second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the conveniences of in-unit laundry, air conditioninf and central air, and an outdoor dining area making this the complete space to call your home away from home.

There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. This was a great location and jumping off point to explore Boston. Easy access to the T, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants around to explore.

The space is very nice- clean, comfortable, and just as described. When we arrived, we were immediately hit by the temperature inside the apartment: 95 degrees. We turned the AC on and contacted customer service. Customer service was very responsive, but not helpful. We were instructed to turn on ceiling fans (this unit does not have ceiling fans) and told that customer service would check on getting fans delivered. We then left the apartment to find AC elsewhere. We returned a few hours later and found that the temperature inside the apartment was still over 90 degrees. We relayed this information to customer service who informed us that they had flagged this as emergency/urgent priority and a supervisor had been notified. We eventually decided to go purchase our own fans so that we could make it through the night and were able to buy a pair at Walmart just before they closed. In the morning, the temperature inside was down to the mid-80s. Two different maintenance workers came the next day to check on the system but ultimately found that the AC was working and just needed more time to cool the space. It took about 24 hours for the apartment to get below 80 degrees. By the following night the temperature was comfortable, and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we were very disappointed in the way the initial AC situation was handled and the lack of follow through on the promised updates.

This two-bedroom condo strikes a really nice balance between comfort, location, and practicality. The layout is one of its strongest features—both bedrooms are well-proportioned, with enough space for full furniture setups without feeling cramped. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being in Cambridge means easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere overall. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located, functional living space with a good mix of urban energy and residential comfort. The communication with the rental agent was absolutely amazing - they were available at all times. They also pay attention to every detail - provided treats for my dog and we felt really comfortable and warm with our stay.
