Very large and nice home to stay in with multiple generations. Wonderful location that is central to everything you want in Orlando - Disney, Orange County Convention Center, shopping and restaurants. Clean with comfortable furniture in the family room and a large kitchen.Internet was very spotty and kept going out. Management was very responsive and came to check it, but unfortunately, it was the carrier that was having issues.First floor shower doesn't drain or get very warm and has terrible water pressure - all making for an unpleasant shower - but it certainly didn't ruin our trip!Loungers by the pool also need to be replaced. Also, pretty bare bones. If you need something in the kitchen - bring it or buy it!

Everything was great but we could have used a few extra towels.

It is in a great location close to all the the attractions and a great house. Needs some TLC and minor repairs.Dining room table and chairs need to be replaced Carpets and upholstery need a deep cleaning and had issues maintaining the pool and spa hear Neds are very firm. That being said I’m particular. There were 10 fo us. 6 adults and 4 kids. Even with what I have written we would all go back in a moment. We created great memories. I have to say Mary form the management firm was phenomenal. Always got back in a short amount of time with the internal messages. She deserves a raise. Over all a 8.5 out of 10. We would do it again

this is a full time short term rental unit and shows wear and tear as such. there are stains in the carpets, towels and on the furniture. there were numerous holes in the drywall and heavy carpet wear in several areas. garbage disposal and dryer did not work as they should, one bath tub would not drain and could not be used. This would be a great unit for several couples with young children looking to save money by staying together. In my opinion this is not a good unit for someone looking for a high end single family vacation rental. To use the word luxury in the main descriptive heading for this property is very misleading in our opinion.
