The view is beautiful. We saw dolphins twice. The home was clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. A/C worked so well. Shampoo and soap provided in some bathrooms. Fishing from the backyard was lousy because there were so many fast boats zipping by. Furniture in the living room and outside ate great. Overall a very nice place.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kokomo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and seeing dolphins, stingrays, and other sea life several times a day was such a special experience that the kids loved. We also enjoyed fishing and caught catfish, and trout. One of our favorite moments was starting each morning on the upper deck with coffee while watching the sunrise.While the hot tub and outdoor shower were not in service during our stay, and the ice machine stopped working after the third day, these minor inconveniences didn’t take away from the overall experience.Marvin and Nomah were amazing hosts, and their hospitality made our trip all the more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend Kokomo!

Easy check in. The kitchen is stocked with things we’d normally have to go out and get. The kids were begging for WiFi as soon as they got inside. We’ve stayed at the other Kokomo Flats house and this one is just as well kept.

What a wonderful property! We came with family including grandparents and three boys between 10 and 16. The entire process from booking to check out was simple and the owners very responsive to any question. This is the most well stocked and maintained VRBO that we have ever stayed in. It was so lovely to be right on the water and have the hot tub available. There were several reviews before noting the hot tub not being ready for them but we found it to be clean and in perfect working order. We made s’mores in the fire pit and it was so nice to have the fire supplies already there to use. The grill was very nice too and we enjoyed grilling our catch of the day for dinner! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will be back!
