Super clean condo right on the beach with a wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Check-in at the front desk was seamless receiving your wrist key fobs, kids swimming bracelets. and parking pass. The facility had carts for moving luggage and belongings plus elevators between floors. Building crew was always friendly. Best thing was looking right over the beach with no obstructions. The ONLY wish would be to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but it did not detract from thoroughly enjoying our stay. The unit had other amenities such as kid sand toys, foldable chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Used the gas grills and pool. You can drive your vehicle on the beach. Just purchase a 12 parking sticker from the office or Stripes gas station. Highly recommend this condo.

The view was wonderful. Being on the beach was great. The bedroom fan’s light fixture was flicker-y and seemed like it was about to fall out of the fan. DVD player would not power on and work but not a huge deal. Additional wash cloths would have been nice for a multi-night stay. The king in the main area needs a thick mattress topper Iike the bedroom one. The space was great, very clean, decor was great, the patio was incredible. Lots of tools to make the stay easier, much appreciated. The overall building owner needs to fix the rail outside the condo unit and the elevator needs AC and upkeep.

Gorgeous location and the condo was fantastic

While staying here was absolutely beautiful, amazing view, and very clean! BUT my only complaint is the COMMUNICATION, it was terrible. We drove 8 hours and when we got there at check in time, they said the room hasn’t been clean yet and that we were not even on the books, even tho I have all confirmed bookings and they even took my 3,000, it was a mess, after calling the VRBO management team and dealing with the front desk trying to see what went wrong. VRBO never let them know that we booked the place. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very rude, as I was just asking her what needs to be done. As this condo was amazing, I will not be back just because of the terrible communication.
