Everyone working at the hotel was beyond helpful. Mohammed at the front desk explained everything i needed. Walid the driver was an amazing help taking the me anywhere i wanted to go. Ahmed my tour guide showed me so much and taught me more than i could learn in books.

All of the staff were very very kind and helpful to me and my mother. The hotel is in short distance to the pyramids and some shopping, however it is a tourist area, so the hotel can not control everything. Not too far from the hotel there were children peddling which can be uncomfortable, however you also should come with an open mind. Every country is not the same. This hotel was a good choice and I have no regrets about staying.

It is a fabulous hotel in Giza just in front of Great Pyramids. I was arrived earlier and while waiting for my room I had wonderful time on the rooftop area enjoying beautiful views and music! And then the room was clean and comfortable to relax. Thanks all staff on duty for welcoming and greetings!
