Breakfast was fine & adequate.
A spacious living area if we had the time to relax before & after our scheduled commitment.
Next time we would perhaps ask for the bigger room if it was available.

It was easy to access and close to the centre I was competing at.
The hot water is not warm enough. Both myself and another female guest thought this!
