the property was really near the Metro station. so convenience wise...it was great! I also like the comfort of the bed.
It would have been much better if we had been supplied with enough toiletries since we stayed for almost 10 days. We had to request additional toilet paper, body wash and trash bags. Maybe a much better customer service, would have been great.

Since we arrived in Vienna on an early flight, we reached out to the host, and they kindly allowed an early check-in. We are really grateful for that. The place is right by the metro station, making it super easy to go wherever you want.
It would be even better if there were more complete kitchen supplies and tableware, along with a clean electric kettle.
We suggest providing an air freshener spray in the bathroom.

Check in was efficient into a clean apartment and it was located very near to the ubahn station and 49 tram stop.the bedrooms were clean but walls were very cold and bare. Apartment lacked homeliness so we left after just two nights
The bathroom basin plug system was broken, the bedside lights were not attached to wall. There was an uncovered glass window next to bathroom which needed a curtain. We only stayed two nights out of five
