It was clean & comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen area, and pleasantly decorated.
The view was great, and location convenient.
The host was welcoming and gave very clear instructions.
The traffic below was noisy when the balcony door was open.
No windows or aircon.

Wonderful location with superb view of the lake. The unit’s design is clever and beautiful with everything you need in a compact space. Sylvia also took care of all the little details being there like cooking oil and paper towels in a cleverly designed dispenser. She also gave excellent and useful instructions and assistance.
This is the first time I’ve experienced an integrated pull down bed. Design is lovely but my husband’s bad back was incompatible with the mattress!

Location, location, location this property is perfectly located in the heart of Canberra. With easy access to the lake side walking trails and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby what more could you want?
