This place is absolutely perfect for families and friends. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic in any kind of weather. The games room was so good too, so much to keep the kids busy. The house has absolutely everything you need. We had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back!

The heated pool was fantastic and they layout suited us well

A few things were broken around the house and the open shelves and skirtings required a good dusting down

The pool and proximity to the beach was great.

The property is over priced for the amenities. Had to transfer extra money as the pool heating wasnt included in the booking $100/ day. Due to the shade from trees and climate, heating was necessary in spring. Strict time curfews/ rules made it hard to enjoy our stay as a family of 6 we have early birds and night owls. No wood was supplied which we couldof bought from home (keep in mind), bbq needs burners replaced so we couldn't use. Cleaners need to have more attention to detail. Outside lounges had moldy curtains, pool table is patched so definitely not worth the $3000 for 4 nights. When we spoke to owner she was very nice but never offered any sort of discount nor did she offer free pool heating once I mentioned her listing stated heated pool. (Only solar heating included which was worthless given all the shade)
