Opinie

7 / 10

Could be really nice with a little more effort

Good location. Reasonably quiet. Comfortable.

Was pretty dusty all around the property. You can tell the cleaning was done to a minimum standard as under bed and on top of surfaces had visible dust. The kitchenware and pans were not clean when I arrived and required anything I used to be cleaned beforehand. The front door didn’t lock properly leading to it swinging open sometimes throughout the day

Good location, poor management, very dusty and poorly maintained.

Location

To begin there was no one to meet us at the accommodation as we arrived late into Devonport. The apartment was left unlocked, which was a security issue for us. It was extremely dusty and not clean. The property needed a good clean. We had to clean the dust off the ceiling fan and in the air conditioner before we could use them. There was only one bath towel provided. I had to go to Kmart and purchase bath towels on our arrival at 9.30pm. I advised management but nothing was done throughout our 5 night stay. It is very noisy when sleeping. You hear every other apartment as they come and go, as the entry door into the complex is below the bedroom.

7 / 10

Convenient location at a reasonable cost. Good if you are travelling light.

Location. Overall Cost in comparison with hotels (in peak season) Facilities- Kitchen, washing machine. Convenient. Quiet considering where it is.

Dealing with the multiple companies to make the booking, providing so much personal information and the difficulty contacting someone to gain access. Process should be much easier these days, but that's why hotels are so convenient. Uncomfortable couch. Quite cramped for space, especially with bags or extra gear. Bathroom sink difficult to use normally. Parking in the street where the meter inspector comes around without missing a beat.
