We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after long days in the parks. Everything we needed was available, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and homey. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the major theme parks and nearby shopping and dining options. Getting around was simple and convenient, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely return to this villa on a future trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Was just wonderful and we loved every minute of it.

When we booked this home we read all the reviews and the biggest issue was cleanliness. Unfortunately due to hurricane helene we had to last minute change plans and we found this house and we decided if cleanliness was the only issue if should be fine. If you’re interested in booking this home here are some things to know first. The house is great and huge with lots of room for 32 people, the communication was great, and check in was easy and simple but they could definitely do a better job cleaning. They told us that we were only allowed 3 cars but we were told by the actually property management that we were allowed as many that fit in the driveway we just could not park in the street at all. Club house and bigger pool is very nice and clean. The houses pool was nice but I suggest they send someone to clean it if someone is staying there more than three nights. Garbage was picked up everyday but make sure everything is in a garbage bag even a bottle or they won’t take it. Our air kept having issues but if you keep the big sliding door closed at all times and use to side door it helps. Our WiFi kept going out as well. If I had to book this house again I would but if you’re a Karen out there know you were warned about the issues but cleanliness being the most important.

To start the check in was good, easy access. The house had a couple of dings, holes, and walls were kinda dirty. Day 2 we had an issue with the older security lady, she was rude and obnoxious. Call security company but no response. Let the owner know and nonresponse yet. Game room was not enjoyable. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Rooms was good, carpet was good, we had enough space for what we needed. Make sure you're not on the street or grass because the tow trucks will tow and its 250 charge just to drop the vehicle..
