This was our best Vrbo stay ever. Richard’s home is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Richard is not only attentive, he anticipated every need: everything from shopping and restaurants to points of interest and remote instructions. He even included his mobile number. He not only made us feel welcome, he made us feel like special guests. He has our highest personal recommendation.

This was a great place for our family's weeklong stay in Colorado. The owner was extremely responsive, accomodating, and helpful. The location was very safe and quiet while still being very central for all of our activities.

This stay was absolutely perfect!!! The house was great and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing!!! The owner was great with communicating and had a 3-ring binder full of anything you may need to know!!! The “swamp cooler” was awesome!!! Would hands down stay here again!!! Thank you for making life easy this week for us!!!
