House was perfect for our group

The place was a great fit for our needs to accommodate a large group. The extra bathrooms were also a plus. We also liked the closeness to the ark encounter.

The house was exactly what we needed. Any questions we had were answered quickly. I would recommend this home and would stay there again if ever in the area

The house was close to the Ark Encounter and was clean. It’s was also very nicely renovated. The owner/manager was also very attentive. However the house has many negatives that were not mentioned in the description. Had we known about these items we might have made a different selection for a rental. The house is on a very busy street, very close to a railroad track and across the street from a fire station. The nights were therefore very busy. There were also several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed before renters came in. Had it not been for the maintenance issues we would have rated this higher. I realize location can’t be changed but should be mentioned in the description.
