This comfortable apartment is perfect for couples, families, or business travelers looking for a great location just a few steps from the beach. This BRAND-NEW apartment is located in Playa Salguero, a completely quiet, comfortable, and—best of all—not-too-crowded area in Rodadero Sur. It’s 12 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Bello Horizonte, and 15 minutes from the historic center.
The space
It is a completely versatile space that can be divided into two separate areas, easily closing off one section with sliding doors. It is laid out as follows:
- One (1) queen-size bed.
- One (1) double fold-out or foldable bed (depending on need).
- Living room - dining area - workspace.
- Kitchen.
- Terrace or balcony.
It features air conditioning, a smart TV, a water heater, a refrigerator, a deep fryer, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and other essentials for your stay.
It has everything you need for cooking and a dining table perfect for sharing, designed and strategically located so you can also work there.
Guest Access
For guest access, the apartment has a smart lock, and you’ll be given a private key to enter.
- Before booking, please specify exactly on the platform the number of guests who will be staying to avoid any issues, as only those registered in advance will be allowed entry.
- Guests must submit the names and identification documents of each person who will be staying at the accommodation at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Please note that the building is in the final stages of construction. The apartment is fully furnished; however, guests may encounter workers and various construction materials in areas of the building. Some areas of the building are not yet fully completed, and the building’s common areas are not yet open. That said, and to compensate for these inconveniences, we have set lower prices.
