The house was perfect for our group. The size was so nice and the rooms and beds were perfect for everyone to have their own space with 11 moms on girls trip. Location to town was perfect and we were able to get to all our destinations in less than 10 minutes. Our only setback with the house was it is not equipped with even basic needs. We didn't even have enough toilet paper to make it through everyones first potty trip when we checked in. There wasnt enough paper towel or bathroom towels either. I mentioned the toilet paper to the host and got a we will check but nothing was every done to solve this. We were there for only two nights so weren't expecting to have to bring basic necessities. The kitchen is not well stocked either and did not even a complimentary couple coffee pods to get you through your first morning, so if you check in late don't plan to have morning coffee. If you plan to cook there was only one small knife. Overall I would stay here again for the size of the house and price point not for the extra mile or accommodations. Also, messaging with host seemed very automated response driven.

I tried to communicate with you on the site, I left phone messages. All I got was promises and no results! I can't give you a 5 star review and be honest. I asked questions before we arrived, no response. I called and left messages about lights and fans not working, no response. The only response I got was when I told you the fridge was leaking, but no one came. There weren't enough towels, they were no pot holders in the kitchen, no dishcloths in the kitchen. The outside furniture was unsafe to sit in. The tubs had spiders in them. Under the couch is filthy. Now do I get any response?
