We met our friends and had a great little friend-vacation! The kids loved the game room! And there were 4 kayaks, so everyone got to enjoy being on the lake! The views were great, and the sunsets really were special! The shaded porch on the back was so nice! And beautiful grass so it was nice for the kids to run around and play in! The kitchen was fully stocked and great sized table for everyone to eat at! Rooms were spacious and fit us all! The layout and space was great for two families with kids! Our friends took the two queen rooms and the master bedroom was very spacious - room for a crib/playpen and a blowup mattress for our daughter (she didn’t want to stay on the pullout couch). And it felt so nice inside - lovely decorating and layout and nice and cool for the hot summer days! And the enclosed sun porch was so nice - great for playing games and adults staying up at night to talk. And we loved the patio at evening with the lights on. Even grilled out! And great proximity to downtown Granbury for great food and shopping! Thank you! Thank you! Even the kids didn’t want to leave!

House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Game room was fun. Back yard space was amazing.

The property was nice and clean. The host was prompt in responding to messages. The views and water access were excellent. We enjoyed the wildlife and friendly people. This will be a return stay for us in the future!

Great place. Will return
