Nice spacious house in funchal. Walking distance to centre. If you are fairly fit you can walk back but hilly . Free safe gated parking and fairly easy to access most of island for sightseeing. Bbq and outside area very nice but not used as we only stayed a few nights. House is suitable for 6 people to be comfortable. Bed and breakfast opposite handy for cocktail or snack. Nice garden area. We would stay again if owners sort one little problem which we addressed privately

Casa ótima, com muito espaço e tudo muito bem conservado e decorado. Localização fantástica

Electricity cut out regularly when cooking even with all house ACs switched off. Lack of cooking utensils (knives, chopping boards, oven dishes). An electric hoover would have been useful. We had an issue of no bins which was not picked up by initial inspection. Good location for supermarket, bakery and some restaurants. Quite a walk back from Lido.
