The best part was the lovely staff working there

Service and the overall environment is good. Just the bed is bigger than the mattress and I kept tripping over. The TV wasn’t connect to the local network. The pillow was not really supportive.

We’ve always liked the IZE chain of hotels in Bali, always in good location and value for money.
We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and the staff helped me to receive and hold on to the package while we were away.
Really appreciate the service. And love IZE!
