Very good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Private parking. Nice and helpful contact person.

The host met us right on time & right outside the main gate (during the rain so it's great). Very good communications. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (kitchen, washing machine, etc.). Even the coffee pods, some kind people had left us some to get started. The location was convenient to walk to the old town or to take the train to explore Tuscany.
Mostly about the window shuttles. One of them was broken and taped over. The others were closed and we didn't feel comfortable trying to open them. So we never enjoyed the balcony view.

Ottimo appartamento, tranquillo e ben arredato, a pochi metri da Porta Camollia
Niente di particolare da segnalare, forse la mancanza di un forno per chi cucina e si trattiene per periodi più lunghi

Great location, parking, attentive staff.
We had a few problems with wifi etc although these were quickly addressed.
