nice rooms, clean bathrooms, enough space for a family and friends of 10, good location

dirt stains on the living-room coach, a bit worn pans and pots

Couchbett durchgelegen, 2Betten zu weich, Dusche nicht in Ordnung

Nice spatious apartment for big groups, we were 10 people. It was clean, layout is a bit unconventional, but it works. Kitchen and dining area were very nice. Enough parking space for 3 cars. Close to Bad Kleinkircheim and Gerlitzen by car for skiing.

The biggest problem was only 2 separate toilettes in the apartment for 10 people. But every room had its own bath so that was nice. The owner speaks only German.

What a great location and accommodation. We arrived on 3rd Nov and stayed until the 6th Nov 2023. It was 10 of us going and we had an amazing time . The owners were ever so lovely and the lady that handed the keys was super friendly and helpful. There is parking spaces and the house was amazing. Each room has his own shower and sink , there are 2 front rooms and 1 large living rooms and and extra kitchen at the front. There is also a lovely terrace with gorgeous view to the mountains. The location was amazing and we made such a memorable holiday with the whole family. We will definitely will return . Thank you for everything.
