We booked through a third party provider (Booking.com) and for some reason my phone number did not get sent to the apartments, so we had no instructions when we arrived. We were not aware the hotel Paragon was the owner until another guest advised us. The bar worker was expecting us and gave me the room details. So no real problems.

Location was perfect for our needs - everything within the town was within easy walking distance. The apartment had everything you could need - very well appointed, spacious and very clean. Easy access via the door code, and the communication and instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This luxury townhouse has been beautifully designed. The interiors are gorgeous and every detail has been thought of. It was like staying in a five star hotel yet so affordable. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were stunning and we loved having a private courtyard to dine in and easy parking at the rear. The free snacks and tea/coffee were also a nice touch. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mudgee so you can walk everywhere - and it's next door to the Paragon Hotel (don't worry, not noisy in the slightest) which we loved for dinner. I can't rate this place highly enough - only wish we'd booked for longer.

Location was good, close to the town

I left several phone and text messages for Kylie from Mc Kenna Terraces to contact me the afternoon I arrived, but she never returned my phone messages or texts over the 4 days I stayed at the property. It would have been good if a broom was supplied with the property as there was no broom to clean the floors. Although the cleaners made the bed & cleared the bin in the kitchen each day, they did not sweep the downstairs wooden floors which were covered with dust and crumbs. The kitchen needed a manual orange juicer and a dish drainer for wet dishes. The cleaners took away the dishwashing liquid after day 1 so nothing dried after using the dishwasher. There were no small sachets of clothes washing detergent supplied for the washing machine when I arrived even though the property advertised cleaning products supplied. There were not enough racks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and the day I arrived there were no kleenex tissues supplied. The bread knife was blunt.
