The view from the room was stunning, apartment was spacious and house manager Gelga was brilliant, always helpful with any requests like ordering food delivery when we didn't feel well or taxi.
I would change towels for new ones as current ones looked quite old. Also I would add big plates for breakfast, there were bowls available but was quite messy to cut the roll and make sandwiches without the plate.

Very nice spot, about a 15-20 walk to Plaza de Armas, in a quiet residential part of town (though there are dogs and a rooster that are your alarm clock). The staff was always very nice and helpful, and it was a great value. WiFi worked well throughout the apartment. The apartment was very large and spacious with many nice upgrades. The view and natural light from the bedrooms was amazing.
A couple minor maintenance issues would have been nice to have addressed prior. (Peeling ceiling paint in bathroom and hot water was initially out due to the gas tank being empty, but the staff addressed it immediately.) Our sofas were not super comfortable, though I think other apartments were different. Also, the sheets/comforter could be a bit better to match the nice lighting and other upgrades in the apartment.

The room bad a great view. The manager was super friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy and everything was clean
There was a persistent bad smell from the drains that was really off putting

Large room which allowed us to unpack. Great closet space. Safe building away from most of the Cuzco city centre noise and good to have 24-7 reception. Receptionists were able to help us with takeaway breakfast before our very early day tours (3-4am!) which was good.
The bed sheets did not look clean with stains and yellowing and bathroom wasn’t so clean with hair in the shower.
