The apartment:



This extraordinary apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and has a capacity for eight people. The welcoming living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and offers guests a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere at all times.



The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a pleasant experience: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a comfortable dining table.



It has three comfortable bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and the third with two single beds. It also has two full bathrooms with showers, one of them in the main bedroom.



This apartment has wifi connection in all spaces. It does not have access to the building's private lift.

Air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00h have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
