It was a great house in a beautiful location. One down side was the lack of internet access for streaming tv, especially during the World Cup. The hotspot just can’t handle live streaming. I understand getting cable internet/TV service is difficult in that area, but there are services such as Starlink that may work.Another issue was the lack of A/C during what will likely be the warmest time of the year (over July 4th). Air conditioning is not listed in the propriety details, but a note specifying this would be helpful especially for those not from the northern Michigan area.

If you are coming to Arizona for peace, quiet and a beautiful landscape this house is for you. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet. Backing up to the South Mountain Preserve you have your own desert garden right behind the yard. You can sit by the beautiful pool and listen to the birds and watch the gorgeous hills. You can access multiple walking trails right down the street. The house itself is cozy and welcoming. It is beautifully decorated with Japanese art. The furniture and beds are comfy. There is plenty of closet space and dresser space. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook at home. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby. The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The management company was very responsive to any of our questions. Cannot recommend this property enough!!!!
