Great property! Can't understate the value of the lake access. Was fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking everyday. Unit was clean and well equipped. Host was highly responsive and welcoming. Great location in the heart of Cape Cod.

Lovely dock on the lake for reading in the sunshine!

Great stay! Served as our base of operations for our tours of Orleans, Chatham, and P-Town. Did get a chance to fly fish using the canoe and picked up 6-7 yellow perch, but zero recently stocked rainbow trout. Probably operator error on that one. Place was clean and well stocked with great views of the lake. Thanks!!

Husband and I came for Cape Cod Baseball and cycling. This location in Orleans was 1/4 mile from Firebirds field and less than a mile from bike rental at Orleans Cycle adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. Owner Andrew was readily available to all our needs. The pond is amazing although we only enjoyed it from the dock. Great place for a swim! One warning, if you have cranky old knees, bring your hiking sticks to get up and down the hillside!
