We loved everything about this house. Hot tub was great! Fishing and kayaks and the beach was a lot of fun! We will definitely come back.

Great place! Interior looked fairly updated too! Host communicated well and made things easy for the check-in & check-out!

Great Spot! We will be back.

Great neighborhood for families. Property was very well stocked and very clean. I was a little nervous that there could be some reservation hiccups b/c I was having issues with VRBO syncing between my phone and desktop. The host did a great job at communicating before, during and as we checked out of our stay which I feel made everything run smoothly. The location of this home is perfect for families. My husband was easily able to monitor the older boys on the bay and the beach was a short drive down the street where I could run back and forth as needed with the littles who preferred beach activities. The home is a very short walk from the neighborhood pool, park, restaurant, and bait shop. This is very important because parking in that area is a hot mess. There is also a golf cart rental company at the entrance of the subdivision. We didn't rent a cart for this trip but we've done so when staying at other homes in the neighborhood.
