Nice staff,
Last day we are check out at 3:00am to Machu Picchu, they are prepared breakfast package for us.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the location was absolutely perfect. The historic building has so much character and a lovely, traditional Peruvian feel. We stayed before and after our trip to Machu Picchu, and we really appreciated how the staff responded to our concerns. After we mentioned the noise in our ground-floor room, they arranged an upstairs room for our return. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Sound carries quite clearly between the floors. On our first night in a ground-floor room, we could hear people walking upstairs, which made it very difficult to sleep. The wooden floors are quite squeaky, which seems to be part of the character of an older building, but it is worth knowing if you are a light sleeper. Thankfully, the staff were understanding and arranged a different room when we returned.

Location, unique art, historical building, quaint courtyard
Noisy because of thin doors and windows (you can hear your neighbors and anyone talking in the courtyard so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper), very uncomfortable bed (super hard, needs more cushion), service was okay
